This is absolutely going to be an epidemic in 2026. I think people are going to burnout in large numbers, trying to keep up with unrealistic expectations. Some will be driven by managers/CEOs not understanding (or caring about) how humans work, some will be self-imposed, some will be because people (like me) started their n-th side project. We can only juggle with so many balls up in the air. Simon Willison puts it well.
